Privacy Policy

How this site handles your data.

What do you know about me?

Nothing here needs an account or a login, and nothing is personalised, so there is not much to gather in the first place. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. What remains is the ordinary server log every website has: IP address, timestamp, the page asked for, and the browser and device details your software reports. We do not use those records to build a profile of you, and we do not sell personal information.

Do you keep my messages?

That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. If you email us at one of the addresses on the Contact page, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with what you raised. You are not signed up to anything by writing to us.

Who handles my data on the casino site?

When you follow an outbound link to Valentino Casino or any other operator, you leave this site and that operator's own privacy policy takes over. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them.

Can under-age readers use it?

This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada) only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we do not aim any part of this site at them.

Which privacy laws apply here?

This site is published for readers in Canada. Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply wherever our processing falls within their reach. Which of them applies is a question of where we operate and whom we aim at, not of where you happen to be reading from.

What can I request?

Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access, correction or deletion. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in portable form, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your national privacy regulator. Write to us via the Contact page and we will deal with it.

Do you use cookies?

None of the cookies on this site are ours: we set no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Essential cookies may come from the provider that shields and delivers the site, purely to block abuse and keep it online. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page.

Does clicking a link identify me?

An outbound link to an operator may include a referral marker, which is how a visit gets credited to us. Your name is not revealed to us, but the law can treat referral markers, click identifiers and IP addresses as personal data, and we would rather be straight about it.

How long do you keep this?

Server logs are kept by our host on its ordinary rotation and are not retained by us beyond that. Email correspondence is deleted once the matter it concerns is closed, unless we need it to deal with a legal claim.

Anything you want to ask about privacy here can be sent via the Contact page.
